Abbassi Vineyard, Carneros, California


Crisp rosé with floral and fruit aromatics, balanced acidity,  and a lively finish. Generous flavors of stone fruit such as peaches, and aromas of lilies and vanilla.  We make this delicious wine from the free-run juice and saignee immediately after crushing the Abbassi Pinot Noir. Limited production with 492 bottles produced in our off-grid Humboldt County winery.
